Your credit card details will be processed by the secure payment gateway and will not be revealed to ANZBMS:
  1. The cost of the course is $475 (AUD, including GST and $20 discount).
  2. Registration deadline is 6 Aug 2010 or earlier if course is booked out.
    Late registrations will incur a $150.00 late fee in addition to the full, non-discounted course fee.
    No late registrations will be accepted after 20 Aug 2010.
  3. Payments are processed by the eWay Secure Transaction Gateway where you will enter your credit card details (Mastercard or Visa only). ANZBMS will not see or record your credit card details.
  4. Your credit card will be processed live and you will receive a record of your transaction via email (so please make sure you enter your email address carefully into the form below).
  5. If you answer "Yes" to the Qualifications questions (tertiary educated and/or current DXA operators licence) you must mail, fax or email copies of relevant documentation to ANZBMS by 6 Aug 2010.
