Presentation information
Poster Presentations
Posters on display from the morning of Friday 29 August through to Saturday 30 August 2008. The posters will be on display for both of those days only (not Thursday 28 August) and can be put up from 08:00 on the Friday, but should be removed by the end of the poster session on Saturday at 17:00.
The following information regarding times for authors of posters to be present for discussion was sent out with the acceptance of abstracts:
ATTENDED POSTER DISCUSSION SESSIONS
- 15:30 - 16:30, Friday 29 August 2008
- 15:30 - 17:00, Saturday 30 August 2008
Freestanding display boards will be available. Posters should fit into an area of 1m wide x 1m high including the heading.
Speaker Support Centre
A fully equipped and staffed Speaker Support Centre
will be located in the back of Ballroom 3 on the first floor of the Hilton
On The Park Melbourne. It is important that all speakers giving oral
presentations check in with the technicians as early as possible during
the conference so
that their presentations can be loaded and checked. Please report to
the technicians even if you are not using a PowerPoint presentation so
that this can be noted.
Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 will be used during the sessions.

PC Projection
PC projection (Microsoft Power Point 2007) will be available in all lecture rooms. Presentations will be accepted on CD, floppy disk or a USB Mass Storage Device.
