SMOKING POLICY
The Meeting policy is that there will be no smoking at any of the scientific sessions, in catering areas or at social events.

NAME BADGES
The conference name badge will be the official pass to the scientific sessions, catering and official social events.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The ANZBMS does not accept any liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss of or damage to their personal property as a result of the meeting or related events.

AUDIO VISUAL
PC projection (Microsoft Power Point XP) will be available in all lecture rooms. Presentations will be accepted on CD, floppy disk, 100 or 250 MB Zip Disk or a USB Mass Storage Device. Macintosh users are able to use their laptops at the lectern providing they have a monitor/VGA output.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Accommodation has been reserved and special rates negotiated with a number of hotels within walking distance from the meeting venue. The Scientific Meeting Venue, Rydges Lakeland Resort, lies on the edge of Lake Wakatipu and is in the unique position of being located 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown. All rooms offer guests beautiful and uninterrupted views across Lake Wakatipu to the Southern Alps.

Reserving early is recommended. The deadline for guaranteed hotel reservations is 1 August 2007. After 1 August 2007 bookings will be subject to room availability.
