Registration Fees

Your registration fee includes:

All Full Delegates & Students**

  • Entry to all scientific sessions
  • Entry to trade exhibition & poster area
  • Morning/afternoon teas and lunches during the Meeting
  • Welcome Reception
  • Gala Dinner
  • Satchel
  • Final Program & Abstract Book

** The one day registration fee does not include the Welcome Reception & Gala Dinner tickets, however one day delegates are welcome to purchase tickets at the guest rate.

Clinicians Package

  • Coach transfer from Sydney to Cypress Lakes Resort, Hunter Valley on Thursday, 19 August 2004. (pick up point will be advised at a later date)
  • Gala Dinner
  • Entry to all scientific sessions on Friday (half day)
  • Entry to trade exhibition & poster area
  • Morning tea on Friday
  • Satchel
  • Final Program & Abstract Book
    (A return coach transfer has not been included to allow flexibility for your return trip. However, return ticket purchases can be indicated on the registration form).

ANZBMS Membership

If you would like to obtain ANZBMS membership information, please see the web site www.anzbms.org.au/membership.htm. To receive membership registration fee rates, you need to be a current financial member of ANZBMS.

Acknowledgment

Registrations will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your Registration Form, together with a tax invoice. Bookings will only be confirmed when payment is received.

Method of Payment

  • Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms.
  • All cheques, international bank drafts, money orders must be made payable to “ANZBMS 2004 ASM”.
  • Bank cheques and drafts must be drawn on any major branch of an Australian Bank in Australian dollars.
  • Credit cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa & Bankcard (please note American Express & Diners are NOT accepted).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or alterations should be put in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. Please note that there is no refund on accommodation bookings. If cancellation is received in writing:

  • By 14 May 2004 - $100.00 cancellation fee will apply
  • By 2 July 2004 - 50% of monies paid
  • After 2 July 2004 - no refund of monies paid
