The posters and trade exhibition will be held in a marquee directly outside the main meeting rooms at Cypress Lakes Resort, Hunter Valley. Morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea refreshments will be served in this area to enable you to view all the posters and visit all exhibitors whose support of the event is greatly appreciated.

General Information

REGISTRATION DESK – The registration desk will be located outside the main plenary room at Cypress Lakes Resort, Hunter Valley. Staff at the registration desk will be happy to help with any queries.

NAME BADGES – All delegates will be given a name badge at registration. This badge will be the official pass to sessions, teas, lunches and official social functions. It is necessary for delegates to wear their name badges at all times when on-site.

MESSAGES – A message board will be located next to the registration desk throughout the Meeting.

SMOKING POLICY – There will be no smoking in sessions or in areas where food & beverages are served.

CREDIT CARDS – Credit cards accepted at the registration desk are Mastercard, Visa and Australian Bankcard. The majority of hotels, restaurants and shops will accept all major credit cards.

GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST) – Please note that all prices quoted throughout this document (registration fees, accommodation, social events, etc) are inclusive of the 10% GST.
