Accommodation

Accommodation has been reserved at Cypress Lakes Resort, Hunter Valley and also the Hunter Valley Gardens (which is within walking distance of the venue). Please note that each rate given is per room per night and includes the GST – however only bookings through the Secretariat will obtain these rates. To secure your booking, the first night’s deposit is required with the registration form.

Hotel Information

• Check-in time is 1500 hours.
• Check-out time is 1100 hours.
• Late arrivals - if you plan to arrive after 1800 hours, please advise the Secretariat to ensure the room is held for you.
• Room types at Cypress Lakes Resort, Hunter Valley:
  • Single occupancy villa – 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms
  • Twin occupancy villa – 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms
  • Triple occupancy – 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms
• Rates for Cypress Lakes Resort are per room per night, including buffet breakfast and GST. Rates for Hunter Valley Gardens & Harrigan’s Irish Pub are per room per night and include GST (but do not include breakfast)
• Cancellation policy - the deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date which you specify on your registration form.

Room Sharing

Please note that the Secretariat does not organise room sharing. However, as the rooms at Cypress Lakes Resort, Hunter Valley are villa style accommodation (2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms), this is an excellent opportunity to keep costs down by organising to share a room with a colleague.
