The venue for the meeting, Hyatt Regency Coolum, is situated 90 minutes drive north of Brisbane. There are daily flights from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast Airport, which is located 7 minutes drive south of the Resort.

Hyatt Regency Coolum provide a transfer service from the Sunshine Coast Airport and return for $A18.00 per adult and $A9.00 per teenager (13-18 years) payable on boarding the coach. (See the Hyatt Regency Coolum website)

It is strongly recommended that international visitors allow at least one day to adjust to the time difference. Most international flights arrive in Australia in the early morning and check in time at most hotels is 14:00. To obtain immediate access in the morning, the room must be booked for the previous night.

Passports and Visas
Visas cannot be purchased on arrival in Australia. Visitors holding passports from countries other than Australia and New Zealand require an entry visa which can be obtained from Australian High Commissions, Embassies or Consulates.

Medical and Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that international visitors seek advice and take out appropriate travel insurance and medical cover. International visitors are required to pay in full all medical expenses incurred while in Australia. The meeting organisers do not accept responsibility for participants who fail to arrange their own insurance.
