The conference registration desk will be located in the Pavilion Foyer

Registration Fees
All registration fees are in Australian dollars and include the Goods
and Services Tax (GST).

Registration Entitlements
Full registration includes:
- Attendance at all Scientific Sessions 10 - 13 June inclusive
- Conference Proceedings
- Welcome Reception on 11 June
- Lunches on 10, 11 and 12 June
- Morning and Afternoon Teas 10 - 13 June inclusive
- Conference Dinner 12 June (except Student Registrations - see below)
Student Registration:
Students are defined as full-time students enrolled for degrees or diplomas
at a University or Tertiary Institution and who do not hold full-time
employment positions. Students must have his or her Head of Department
sign a statement to accompany the Registration Form confirming their student
status. Student Registration does not include the Conference Dinner but
to make the dinner more affordable for students a special discount rate
is available to Student Members.
Day registration includes:
- Conference Proceedings
- Morning and afternoon teas and lunch on the day of
registration
Extra Tickets for Social Functions
Full registration includes one ticket for the Welcome Reception and one
ticket for the Conference Dinner. Extra tickets for day registrants and
additional guests must be ordered on the registration form at a cost of
$A50 for the Welcome Reception and $A95.00 for the Conference Dinner.
Sponsored dinner tickets for Student Members are $A70.00 (limited to one
ticket per person).
Registration Payments
Payment options:
- International bank draft in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian
bank
- Personal or Company cheque (Australia only) Cheques should be made
payable to Australian and New Zealand Bone and Mineral Society
- Credit card - Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard
All registrations will be acknowledged in writing and will be accompanied
by a tax invoice and receipt for payments received. Please check the confirmation
letter carefully and notify the Secretariat
immediately if any changes are required.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the case of cancellations, participants must inform the conference secretariat
in writing of their inability to attend.
A refund of registration fees, less a cancellation fee of $A100.00 will be
made to any participant cancelling before 1 May 2003. After that date, no
refund except at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
The registration form contains a section for booking accommodation at the
Hyatt-Regency and paying a deposit of one night's accommodation. These deposits
are not refundable.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Meeting is cancelled,
registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Privacy Policy
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The
Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance
with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third
parties in accordance with those principles.
Please complete the section of the registration form relating to privacy if
you do not wish your personal information to be included in the published
Participant List to be distributed to participants and exhibitors at the meeting.
ONLINE PAYMENTS: We use the ANZ Bank's secure payment facility, ANZ eGate,
for online credit card payments. When credit card details are entered into
the ANZ eGate payment form they are processed directly by the ANZ bank. We
record the status of the transaction (success or fail), but do not see or
store the full credit card number.
