ANZBMS Outstanding Abstract Award

The Council of ANZBMS wish to recognise the high standard of bone and mineral research presented at the Annual Scientific Meeting. The Program Organising Committee will award two prizes of $1000 to the authors of abstracts receiving the highest score.

In order to be eligible for an ANZBMS Outstanding Abstract Award:

• The applicant must be a financial member of ANZBMS at the time of application. If you are not a current financial member you must apply for membership by 19 March 2003
• The applicant must be the author presenting a paper to the ANZBMS Meeting.
• The applicant must have made a substantial contribution to the work and be first author of a paper to be presented to the ANZBMS Meeting.
• Applicants for the ANZBMS Young Investigator Awards will not be eligible to receive an Outstanding Abstract Award concurrently at the same meeting.
• Applicants who receive an Outstanding Abstract Award will not be eligible for a Travel Grant concurrently at the same meeting
