A number of options are available at Hyatt Regency Coolum. All room rates include a continental breakfast for each person. Delegates are encouraged to share with colleagues to ensure that sufficient rooms are available for all those wishing to attend this special meeting.

The deadline for hotel reservations
is 31 March 2003. Accommodation
cannot be guaranteed after this date.
Hotel reservations must be made
either:
- while registering for the conference (see registration
form), or
- separately through the Meeting
Secretariat.
Deposit and final payment:
A deposit of one night’s accommodation
is required to secure the reservation.
The deposit will be forwarded to the
hotel and guests are responsible for
paying the balance on departure. Failure
to arrive on the date specified will
incur forfeiture of deposit. The hotel
will provide a tax invoice for the
total amount paid (including the deposit)
on departure.

Hotel check in time 14:00 - check
out time 10:00.
A luggage handling fee will apply.
Airport Transfers
Hyatt Regency Coolum provide a transfer
service from the Sunshine Coast Airport
and return for $A18.00 per adult and
$A9.00 per teenager (13-18 years)
payable on boarding the coach.
